The last in my Miners Cosmetics reviews is the Miners Cosmetics Color and Kohl liner in blue. If you have read any of my previous posts you will know that I absolutely love colored liner as it gives me the right amount of pop in my make up.

The liner itself is very generous. As you can see the pencil is very long. Not only does this mean that you have a lot of product but the length also gives control on the pencil hence I felt that I had more precision.

The color is a vibrant blue. I would describe it as an electric blue. It can be used to both line the upper eye lid or line the water line as a Kohl.

The product itself is not too soft such that it would break off after some use. The nib is soft yet sturdy. I felt that I could use it without having the fear or poking my eye or of the nib breaking off.

In terms of color pay off you can see that the product is extremely pigmented. You do not need a lot of product to work with. In fact I even think you can use it as a base in order to make your blues pop even more or under a black eyeshadow to give a mysterious effect on the eyes. Miners Cosmetics Color and Kohl are available in a variety of colors.
